Shipping policy

Shipping: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the order total. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or issues related to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
For Defective or Incorrect Orders: We will cover the shipping costs to resend a new order for defective or incorrect items.
For Other Returns: If a return is accepted outside of our policy (e.g., if we approve a return for personal reasons), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
